Do I need to put a deposit down for my order?
YES! Your order is not booked until a deposit is made; therefore your date isn't held until a deposit of 50% or more has been paid. Orders $100 and under require full payment to be made upon ordering.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once your deposit of 50% has been paid; it is non-refundable.
We are aware life can be very unpredictable; in the case of extreme circumstances, please contact us & we will try our best to accommodate.
How long before my event date should I book?
As soon as your date is confirmed we recommend booking your cake/treats right away to avoid disappointment! Especially in the busy summer months/Christmas season. It's never too early to book!
For signature cakes & cupcakes please require at least 2 weeks notice
I'm not sure how many people to feed at my wedding; I don't want waste.
We recommend serving 60-70% of your guests with cake & at least 100% if choosing smaller individual desserts as people are more apt to take more than 1.
Helpful tip: Make sure you announce that dessert is being served. A lot of the time guests aren't sure when they are allowed to dig in! Which results in less consumption. Be sure to tell your guests it's made by us!
Can I pickup my items?
Pick-up is welcomed on items by appointment only! Please do not show up unannounced as your items might not be ready yet or we might not be in the kitchen. If your items have a pick-up option; please state you wish to pick them up in your inquiry & we will discuss a time with you. Pickup is not available on wedding orders & custom cake orders that require special assistance. Cravings by Brittany is not responsible for any damages done to your items if they are being picked up.
*Please note: If picking up your items you MUST come get them at the time we discussed with you. If failing to show up within a 30min window, you will be considered a no show. This is SUPER IMPORTANT as we schedule your pickup around other deliveries & we will not be in the bakery allow you to get your items.
If failing to pickup your items you will be charged with a fee & may not receive your item/s
Do you deliver?
Yes! We can deliver any of your items however wedding orders & custom cake orders that require special care are strictly delivery only. A set up & delivery fee will be determined depending on your order details/location.
How should I care for my items?
Unless otherwise instructed; items should be kept at room temp on the counter prior to serving. If you purchased individual items such as cupcakes or donuts & don't plan on eating them for a day or two. It is recommended to transfer the items from the cardboard box to an airtight container & kept on the counter.
If items have fondant details or sugar flowers items should be kept at room temp & never in the fridge.
